Current Roles
Dr. Grusecki is a first-year naturopathic resident at Bastyr Center for Natural Health.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Grusecki enjoys working with all populations, ages and genders. She relies on nutrition, herbal medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, and hands-on therapies (such as craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and Taoist organ massage) as foundational treatment modalities. She has a strong clinical interest in mind-body medicine and environmental health.
Healing Philosophy
"My goal is to understand the factors that determine one’s health, acknowledging that personal, relational, and planetary health are inextricably connected," Dr. Grusecki says. "In this process, I empower patients to discover their own best medicine and incorporate this medicine into daily awareness and practice."
Past Experience
Prior to studying at Bastyr, Dr. Grusecki served as a chef and kitchen manager for a small nonprofit educational center while also pursuing studies in Ayurvedic medicine, western clinical and energetic herbalism, and Chi Nei Tsang (Taoist organ massage).
Education & Affiliations
Dr. Grusecki earned her doctorate in naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University.
